    These Terms of Service govern the use of the LeadFlow website and the managed advertising services provided by GATHERLAND GROUP.

    Service Description

    LeadFlow is an independent managed advertising service that sets up and manages Google Local Services Ads for tattoo studios in Florida. We are not Google and are not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Google LLC.

    No Guarantees

    We do not guarantee account approval, campaign availability, ad placement, lead volume, appointment volume, or revenue. Google controls eligibility, verification, approval, placement, and platform access.

    Pricing

    The one-time setup fee is $900 per studio location. Ongoing management is $150 per month per location. Google advertising spend is separate and is not included in the management fee. Additional locations or campaigns require separate agreements.

    Scope of Services

    The standard setup and monthly management cover one studio location and one campaign. Complex remediation tasks such as suspended profile recovery, ownership disputes, or custom integrations require a separate review and may incur additional fees.

    Google, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Google Local Services Ads are trademarks of Google LLC. LeadFlow and GATHERLAND GROUP are independent brands.

    Limitation of Liability

    GATHERLAND GROUP is not liable for Google's decisions, platform changes, account suspensions, or advertising performance outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
